Extensive and complete strip and waxes including moving the furniture/equipment are done for a very reasonable price.
We do not neglect the edges. Sometimes, when we first take over an account we spend a full day scraping all of the edges.
We have the appropriate equipment for the job. Dialysis centers are more effectively and efficiently done with bigger machines, and we have through trial and error developed a system to do the job the right way.
Buffing is done regularly, especially in high traffic areas of the center in order to harden and maintain the look.

We can keep your laminate, wood, surgical, tile, or other type of flooring looking the way it ought to.
Each surface and building is a bit different, but we have the experience and equipment to handle the job.
We move all necessary furniture and equipment off of the floor for you. No need to bother your staff to get it done.
There has never been a floor we have not been able to develop a method to maintain properly.

Pricing is typically competitive with what you are already paying.
We will keep all the paper towel dispensers full, and make sure you never run out of stock.
We can replace soap dispensers if they break and also keep soap stocked and supplied.
Anti-bacterial refills (i.e. Purell) can be ordered and restocked.
Again, if requested, we will do our best to help you with ordering of any supplies.

Power washing method deep cleans every nook and cranny of the clinic chairs.
Chairs are washed, towel dried, and the wheels are cleaned prior to bringing back onto the clinic floor.
Often removes unspeakable amounts of blood and debris from underneath and inside the chairs.
Like all extra services, we will do this for a very reasonable price.

Cleaning of construction debris and dust on all surfaces.
Every inch of the building will be cleaned to remove dust on walls, around and inside cabinets, etc.
If we are awarded the initial wax of a clinic floor, we will put as much work and wax into doing it correctly as we need to.
Windows are cleaned inside and out to remove any construction dust or dirt.
If we notice anything broken or faulty work of any kind, we'll bring it to the staff's attention so it may be remedied before move in.
After move in, we will clean the building again to ensure you begin work in a dust-free and clean new environment.
